  • Announcement is typically done in a joint press release
    between Frankel and the appropriate client

    – Relevant account team/ISG should discuss with
       client contact

     – If client wishes to issue a separate announcement,
        account team/ISG/Network should help draft     theannouncement or key message points for     inclusionfrom a Frankel perspective


  • Content should answer the following questions:

      – Was this a formal review, if so, were there other      agencies involved. How many and who?

      – Why Frankel? What was unique to us? Any special       expertise or qualities?

      – How did our strategic brand building expertise      and/or creative solutions affect the  decision      making process?

       – Are billings disclosed? If not, say so.

       – What division or brand(s) were assigned?

  • Include quotes from client or prospective client and
    Frankel answering the following questions.

       – Why was Frankel selected. What expectation was       met?

       – What does this mean for Frankel, how will this       assignment affect Frankel?

       -  Once drafted, the release must be forwarded to

  • Corporate Communications for a review of content.
       - Once internally approved, release will be      submitted to client for review and approval
         and timing for announcement will be finalized

  • Corporate Communications or Network PR rep will distribute to key publications and discuss placement opportunities with reporter
