No matter if you’re drafting an internal announcement or external press release, there are some key messages that should always be communicated when appropriate:

  • Our role is to be involved in our clients’ entire brand process—then help them strategically and creatively meet their business and sales objectives

  • Frankel’s “Brand Contact Model” is an effective tool we use to deliver brand and sales
building expertise along every point of a consumer’s contact with a brand

  • Our strong strategic planning unveils consumer “insights” that lead to the best marketing
    solution

  • Integration—we offer a variety of specialty marketing services

  • Frankel has strong expertise in the retail industry, kids, packaged goods

  • Frankel is a leader in developing applications of digital marketing technology e.g. Siren and Brandguard

  • Our clients are large consumer marketers with recognized brands and our relationships with them are long-standing

  • Frankel has a history of profitable growth

  • Our goal is to attract and retain the top talent in our industry

Obviously, we can’t communicate each of these messages every time an announcement is made. And we recognize that network offices have key messages unique to their market and culture. For example, information about our Brand Contact Model isn’t likely to have much place within news about a new hire. But you should always be thinking of ways that the appropriate messages can be woven into whatever you have to say.

Through continual and consistent delivery of these messages over time, we help shape our key audience’s perception and understanding of Frankel.

And now that you know what we’re trying to say, let’s look at the different ways we have to say it.
