This guide has been developed by the Corporate Communications Department, which manages corporate media relations, internal communications, marketing communications, community affairs and crisis communications for Frankel.

Our responsibility is to develop a consistent and positive image and reputation for Frankel, while at the same time building on the unique strengths of our network offices. In other words, we ensure that all messages disseminated about Frankel, both internally and externally, speak with “one voice” no matter what the point of origin. (Chicago, San Francisco, Southern California or Minneapolis.)

To that end, we serve as the central point of coordination for all our offices’ communications. We’re here to help you develop and publicize Frankel information to appropriate audiences. This includes brainstorming story angles, providing input for press materials, responding to a sticky press inquiry, or helping you prepare for an interview. Give us a call and we’ll lend whatever support is needed.

But conveying information and maintaining Frankel’s consistent messaging is only one half of the equation. We need you to be our conduit of information and keep us up-to-date on everything going on at Frankel. We can only communicate news about breaking campaigns, new hires, key consumer insights, exciting client initiatives or new assignments if you’re telling us about them.

This handbook will be your handy reference in working with Corporate Communications and helping us to further develop and enhance the Frankel brand.
